NDIS Psychology reports are provided during a participant’s plan reassessment. They help the NDIS understand the supports a participant may need to pursue their goals.
The psychology report is a comprehensive report written by a psychologist that provides evidence from of the therapy and outcomes achieved in relation to the participant’s goals. Generally, each participant works with the NDIA to reassess their plan every 12 months. A plan reassessment is a time for participants to review their progress and set new goals to increase their skills and independence.
